We use your information to review your moving request, discuss availability, and contact you about an estimate. Your consent on the form applies to communications about your quote request. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking or a price.

Email and technical processing

The quote form prepares your details in your browser. When you choose Prepare Quote Email, the website prepares the complete quote. Short quotes open in your chosen email application through a mailto link. For detailed quotes, you copy the complete text, choose Open My Email App to prepare the recipient and subject, and paste your details into the message. You review the draft and press Send yourself. The website cannot confirm whether you sent the message. The form does not upload your quote details to our website server. Your chosen email provider processes your draft and email according to its own policies; Budget Movers Inc. receives your information when your email reaches its mailbox. Hosting providers may process network information, such as IP addresses, for website operation and security. We do not sell quote request information.

Storage and retention

Your form and prepared quote remain in page memory so you can edit them or return to your draft. Refreshing or leaving the homepage clears this information. The website does not store form data in browser storage, a customer database, or application logs. Copy Quote Details places the quote text in your clipboard when permitted, or selects it for manual copying. Drafts and sent messages may remain in your email app and provider systems. After delivery, email copies remain in our business mailbox according to our retention practices. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to information we need to retain for business or legal reasons.

Cookies and security

This application does not use advertising trackers or application cookies. It validates form fields and uses encrypted web transport when deployed over HTTPS. Email delivery and account access are handled by your chosen email application and provider. The website does not ask for your email password or connect to your email account. Review the recipient and complete contents of your email before sending.
